• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the city and item availability.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.
• Delivery fees vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

• We offer worldwide shipping using international carriers.
• Delivery times range from 7–21 days, depending on your destination.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
• Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Handmade Nature & Variations
Because all Bisque pieces are handcrafted:
• Slight variations in shape, size, glaze color, and texture may occur.
• These differences are natural and part of the beauty of handmade ceramics.
• No two pieces are ever identical — that is what makes them special.

Breakage & Damage Policy
If your item arrives broken or damaged:
1. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
2. Attach clear photos of the damaged item + packaging.
3. We will offer either:
• a replacement (subject to stock),
• or store credit of the same value.
We cannot process damage claims sent after 24 hours.

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Items
• Must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Not Eligible
• Custom orders
• Personalized items
• Discounted/sale pieces
• Items damaged due to misuse
Return Shipping
• Return fees are covered by the customer, except in cases of breakage on arrival.
• Refunds are issued as store credit.

Order Processing Time
Because all pieces are handmade, some items may require production time:
• Ready items: ship within 2–4 days
• Made-to-order items: require 7–21 days
• Large or bulk orders may take longer; you will receive a timeline upon ordering.

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After that, production may have begun and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Wholesale & B2B Policies
For restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and corporate clients:
• Lead times vary depending on quantity & customization.
• Bulk order returns are not accepted unless there is a production issue.
• Breakage during delivery is covered by our replacement policy.
• A minimum deposit is required to begin production.
