Each piece is thoughtfully made and meant to be used, enjoyed, and lived with. Because our products are handcrafted ceramic pieces, small variations in shape, glaze, texture, and tone are part of their character; no two pieces are exactly the same.
Everyday Use
Handle with care. Ceramics are durable, but like any handcrafted object, they can chip or break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.
Cleaning
Hand washing is always the gentlest option and helps preserve the finish for years to come. Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals.
If a product is dishwasher safe, it will be clearly mentioned on its product page.
Heat & Temperature
Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as moving a piece directly from the fridge to a hot oven or pouring boiling liquids into a cold vessel, as this may cause cracking.
If oven or microwave safe, this will be noted on the specific product page.
Natural Aging
With regular use, some pieces may develop subtle marks or changes over time. We see this as part of the story of handmade objects and the life they share with you.
Storage
Stack carefully when storing multiple items, ideally with a soft cloth or liner between pieces to prevent scratches or chips.
Handmade Pieces
Slight irregularities, glaze pooling, pinholes, or tonal variation are natural results of the making and firing process. These are not flaws, but part of what makes each piece unique.
