We ship within Egypt. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Because ceramic items are inherently fragile, we utilize specialized packing methods to protect your pieces. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns And Refunds
Please review our Returns Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Custom-designed orders, personalized engravings, or bespoke partnership pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable unless deemed damaged prior to carrier transfer.

Bisque products are handcrafted ceramic wares intended primarily for functional tableware, decorative home styling, or everyday beverage use.

Glaze Safety: All functional tableware items are finished with lead-free, non-toxic, food-safe glazes. Decorative-only pieces will be clearly specified in their individual product descriptions.

Care Instructions: Unless explicitly marked otherwise on the product page, our high-fired ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to extend the lifespan of handcrafted ceramics, we recommend gentle hand washing.

Thermal Shock Disclaimer: Sudden, extreme temperature changes (e.g., pouring boiling water into a freezing cold ceramic item or placing a chilled piece directly from the refrigerator into a hot oven) can cause ceramics to crack or break due to thermal shock. Bisque is not liable for structural damage resulting from improper thermal handling or general physical impacts post-delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, unique ceramic shapes, custom glaze names, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to Bisque and protected by intellectual property laws.
