Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

 

Eligible Items

  • Must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

Not Eligible

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized items
  • Discounted/sale pieces
  • Items damaged due to misuse

 

Return Shipping Fees

  • Return fees are covered by the customer, except in cases of breakage on arrival.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit.

 

Breakage & Damaged Products

If your item arrives broken or damaged:
1. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
2. Attach clear photos of the damaged item + packaging.

We will offer either:

  • a replacement (subject to stock),
  • or store credit of the same value.


We cannot process damage claims sent after 24 hours.
