We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Items
- Must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Not Eligible
- Custom orders
- Personalized items
- Discounted/sale pieces
- Items damaged due to misuse
Return Shipping Fees
- Return fees are covered by the customer, except in cases of breakage on arrival.
- Refunds are issued as store credit.
Breakage & Damaged Products
If your item arrives broken or damaged:
1. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
2. Attach clear photos of the damaged item + packaging.
We will offer either:
- a replacement (subject to stock),
- or store credit of the same value.
We cannot process damage claims sent after 24 hours.
